Application Questions
You have 15 minutes to complete an application. If for any reason an application was not completed in time, then the application disappears automatically. In this case, please create a new application.
If you have not clicked the 'I have paid' button, then please contact the technical support chat or email us at [email protected]. To restore the application, you will need to provide us the application number or the e-mail used to create the application. What should I do if I made a mistake in the bank details when creating an application? In this case, you should immediately contact the technical support chat with a request to delay the application. If the application is still processing, then we will be able to correct the bank details. However, if the application is processed, then the only thing we can do is to provide the details of where your funds went.
Network load - a set of blockchain transactions that are waiting for its confirmation due to low commission, increased load, and other factors. The operability of the system is provided by miners, which use computing power to process transactions and search for the necessary hash during the operation. Trades with a higher fee are processed first, then miners process the transactions with a lower premium. The queue is formed in this way, where the “head” consists of the more profitable transactions for the miners, and the “tail”- of the payments with a minimum premium. If the sender needs a quick transfer, he sets a higher reward, which ensures that the transaction is included in the block without a delay. If you save on commission, a new transfer can take up to 3 days or more. When creating an application on our website you will be able to see the recommended network commission. Higher commission will increase the chance for a faster transaction confirmation.
This can happen for various reasons. The main thing to understand is that if you paid for the application and did everything right, then there is no reason to worry. First of all, it is worth checking if you clicked the 'I paid' button. Next, you need to make sure that the funds have been debited from your wallet or card. Pay attention to the status of the transfer. It can still be processing or rejected. In addition, double check the bank details where you transferred the funds and whether they match those that were provided to you. If there are no problems with the transfer and the bank details are correct, please contact the chat or email [email protected].
Memo and Destination Tag - are additional identifiers for your wallet/account. As a rule, the exchanges provide users with a single wallet for deposits and then distribute the funds received based on the specified Memo. If you do not specify it, your funds will go to the exchange wallet, but it will not be able to redirect them directly to your account. Make sure you enter the correct Payment ID, Memo or Destination Tag in destinations such as EOS, Ripple (XRP), Stellar Lumens (XLM), Binance Coin (BNB) or Monero (XMR).
