1. Terms and definitions

2. The subject of the agreement and its entry into force

2.1. The subject of this agreement are digital currencies exchange services, carried out by order of the User, as well as other services described on the website of the Service.

2.2. The Agreement is considered accepted once the User has submitted its Application, which is an integral part of this agreement. Every submitted User’s application is a new Agreement with the new terms and conditions at the time of application.

2.3. This agreement comes into force from the moment the User completes and submits the Application and is assigned an individual application number.

2.4. The date and time, as well as the conditions of the Application are fixed by the Service automatically at the time of completion and submission of the Application and the assignment of an individual application number.

2.5. This agreement is terminated from the moment the User receives funds or digital currencies in the amount provided in the conditions of the User's Application, or from the moment the application is canceled.

2.6. The Service reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this Agreement without a corresponding notice to the User, but with the obligation to public of the most current version of the Agreement on this page.

7. Terms of payment systems we work with

7.15 If falsification of communication flows or a negative impact on the normal operation of the Service’s program code is detected, the execution of the user’s application is suspended, the funds are frozen, and a verification procedure is introduced. After successful completion of verification, the application parameters are recalculated in accordance with current conditions. If the user does not agree with the recalculation, the electronic asset or funds are returned to the payer’s bank details.

7.16 Information on the terms of consideration of disputes on payments in the payment system:
